Two halls for special occasions

The Imperial Vaults are located in the Graz-Gösting residential park, which stands on the historic grounds of the former imperial court supplier Kleinoscheg, which was visited by Emperor Franz Joseph I. The builders Werner Gröbl and Karin Gutschi-Gröbl rebuilt these imperial cellars from the original bricks. This resulted in several halls that combine modern technology with tradition, which you can rent for your exclusive event - the perfect ambience for special occasions.

Fürstenstubn

The nostalgic Fürstenstub'n (5-25 people) offers a historical ambience for gentlemen's evenings, birthdays and wine tastings. With a beer bar, antique integrated technology and modern comfort - ideal for various occasions.

Archduke Johann Salon

The Archduke Johann Salon has space for 10-40 people. Ideal for champagne receptions or summer parties with an outdoor area until 9:30 p.m. Original bricks meet modern technology for a special atmosphere.

Villa Vino

Villa Vino in Lieboch offers space for the whole family or for groups of up to 12 people who want to relax. It is not only an ideal starting point for hikes or bike tours in beautiful western Styria, but is also perfect for motorcycle trips to the southern Styrian wine route.

The villa consists of 4 separate apartments, Suite Elias, Suite Alexander, Studio Verena and Studio Lisa, all fully equipped. Two of the apartments can accommodate 4 people, each with two bedrooms. The other two apartments can accommodate 2 people each.

The villa is rented out as a whole. Our guests therefore have access to all the amenities that the villa offers. Whether you want to relax in the private wellness area with sauna and whirlpool or swim in the large outdoor pool - there is something for everyone here. Enjoy a glass of wine in the in-house wine cellar and use the grill on the terrace on warm summer evenings.

Anyone looking for peace and relaxation is in good hands at Villa Vino. The good connection to the A2 motorway (5 minutes) enables unique trips to the beautiful wine region in southern Styria, to the nearby Piber Federal Stud or to the state capital Graz.

Don Carlos

The “Don Carlos” is nestled on the first floor of the main building “El Refugio”. The charming Canarian balcony which faces south/west, offers guests a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean, Mount Teide and the entire north coast of the island.

This apartment has a large, comfortable living/dining room with a large dining table and a comfortable sofa that can be quickly converted into a sofa bed, so that up to 3 people can be accommodated in the apartment. A satellite TV, which allows you to receive and watch ASTRA channels, a radio and WiFi are also available. The bedroom with a double bed has a Swiss Flex Health sleep system.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator and everything you need on holiday. The shower room has a walk-in shower and toilet. Hairdryers, towels and bathrobes are provided.

The Wellness area with indoor pool can be reached via a spacious external staircase. Directly adjacent is a sunbathing lawn or a cozy spot under palm trees.

El Teide

The "El Teide" is the bridal suite / bridal penthouse in the "El Refugio". From the huge panoramic window in the bedroom you can see the "El Teide" - the highest mountain in Spain and enjoy a fantastic view of the sea. The view of the entire north coast and its sea of lights at night is a perfect backdrop for romantic hours. The spacious bedroom has a double bed with a Swiss-Flex health sleep system and a high-quality sofa. The Moroccan carvings complete the sophisticated ambience in the living room / bedroom. A smart satellite TV enables reception of the ASTRA television and radio channels (including some English and French).

In the newly designed dining room there is also a comfortable sofa bed, so that a total of up to three people can be accommodated.

From the spacious bathroom with freestanding bathtub and shower you can enjoy the picturesque view. Hairdryer, towels and bathrobes are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, toaster and everything you need on holiday.

On the spacious terrace you can relax and unwind - soak up the sun or drink a glass of wine and enjoy the view of the sea and Mount Teide. A private external staircase leads from the terrace down to the wellness area with sauna and indoor pool.

Delia

The “Delia” is a delightful, detached bungalow with panoramic views over the Atlantic and the Teide. The large palm garden with its lush plants offers a generous space to unwind. Enjoy the beautiful terrace your breakfast or a glass of wine and let your gaze wander out over the Atlantic Ocean and the entire north coast.

In the cozy living/dining room there is a comfortable sofa bed, so that up to three people can be accommodated. A satellite TV, which allows you to receive and watch ASTRA channels, a radio and WiFi are also available. The bedroom has a double bed, equipped with a Swiss Flex-Healthy sleep system. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and everything you need on holiday. The shower room has a walk-in shower and toilet. Hairdryer, towels and bathrobes are available.

The Wellness area with indoor pool and sauna can be reached via a curved staircase through the garden.

La Cascada

The "La Cascada" is connected to the wellness area of the El Refugio. From the spacious palm garden you can enjoy an impressive view of the sea with its volcanic rock coast, the Teide and the entire north coast.

The "La Cascada" with the large, cozy living room, the hand-crafted dining table and the comfortable sofa, which can be quickly converted into a sofa bed, offers a special feel-good atmosphere. A satellite TV, which allows you to receive and watch ASTRA channels, a radio and WiFi are also available. The bedroom with a second TV connection and the double bed including Swiss Flex-Healthy sleep system offers real sleeping comfort. A small room suitable for a cot for the little ones is available right next door.

The Moroccan carvings complete the upscale ambience in the bedroom. From the bedroom you can go directly to your own waterfall with biotope - a cosy place that invites you to dream and linger. The modern kitchen has a fridge, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, stainless steel extractor hood, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and everything you need on holiday. There is also a beautiful shower room with towels, bathrobe and hairdryer, from here you have direct access to the wellness area.

Villa Casa del Sol

The villa "Casa del Sol" is located on a completely separate or independent plot of land, right next to El Refugio. The property is an ideal accommodation for holidaymakers with high standards who want to be undisturbed and are looking for peace and relaxation away from mass tourism. The Costa Acentejo nature reserve begins directly below the property. A beautiful hiking trail starts directly in front of the property, revealing the beauty and special features of the nature reserve. The view of the Teide (3,718 m), Puerto de la Cruz and the Atlantic is breathtaking from the entire garden area and in the villa.

The living rooms of the villa "Casa del Sol" exude exclusivity and comfort in equal measure. The villa offers space for up to 6 people to experience an unforgettable holiday.

The large garden with typical local plants and the heated pool also offers an outdoor shower and sun loungers. The cozy and harmonious atmosphere of the property is rounded off by several terraces that open up different and expansive perspectives. The fantastically beautiful southwest location not only offers breathtaking sunsets but also the view of Spain's highest mountain, the Teide. The view of the entire north coast and its sea of lights at night has a very special charm.

An outdoor sauna made of high-quality cedar wood integrated into the garden is a real highlight. The window front opens generously into the garden and the viewer is treated to a breathtaking view of the Atlantic while relaxing. Right next to the sauna there is a jacuzzi for 2 people.

Away from mass tourism, you will find pure relaxation in the peaceful and quiet surroundings. The holiday home is also an ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area.

The villa offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a very spacious living and dining area with a gas fireplace. The fire provides special accents and a sense of well-being even on the few cool days of the year. The antique wood kitchen is another real highlight. The complete equipment with dishwasher, four-plate ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc. leaves nothing to be desired. A washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are located in the adjoining storage room.

The large dining table in the living room easily seats eight people and offers a wonderful view of the entire north coast, Mount Teide and the Atlantic Ocean.

The two master bedrooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with quality beds (180x200cm) of the sleeping system “SwissFlex” equipped, as is the children's/youth room, which has a bunk bed and is adjacent to one of the master bedrooms. The villa has two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the second bathroom with a shower/bathtub.

The own wine bodega with barbecue area and a brick oven offers space for 10 people. Right next door, in the "wine cellar", there is a small bathroom with bathtub/toilet in a very rustic style.

The villa is fully equipped with bed linen, dish towels, shower towels and beach towels, bathrobes, hairdryers, etc. A stereo system, satellite TV (ASTRA) and Wi-Fi are also available.
